Every home is different, so during the visit, we’ll take the time to assess your space and discuss your specific needs. This allows us to tailor the installation to suit your home perfectly.

We’ll also walk you through the work involved and ensure everything is planned in line with current safety standards and regulations. Your installer will make sure every part of the installation is carried out correctly and in full compliance, giving you complete peace of mind.

After the survey, you’ll receive a detailed quote via email, including a full breakdown of the costs—so you know exactly what to expect

Installation & Support

If you choose to go ahead with the installation, we’ll schedule a convenient time with one of our experienced installers. Most installations are completed within one to two days, and we always take the utmost care to protect your home and keep everything clean and tidy throughout the process.

Once your stove is installed, our installer will guide you through every step of lighting it and explain how to maintain it properly. We want you to feel confident and comfortable using your new stove from day one.

You’ll also receive a handy starter pack, including firewood and fire starters, to help you get going right away.
